Collect and organise customer ideas
Frill’s Ideas board lets customers submit requests, vote, comment, and follow progress. Teams can also collect ideas through embedded widgets, surveys, integrations, and their own submissions.
The Ideas inbox supports approval, duplicate merging, topics, statuses, and filters. Public and private ideas give teams control over what customers can see.
Compare demand and priority
Votes show which ideas attract customer interest. Frill also lets teams configure priority factors and use a prioritisation matrix, so requests can be weighed against criteria beyond vote totals.
Teams can use customer segments and custom attributes when they need to understand how demand differs across groups.
Show progress and announce releases
Frill’s public roadmap groups ideas by status. Teams control idea approval and visibility before sharing progress, and followers can receive updates on the requests they care about.
Announcements provide a separate place for shipped updates, with media, comments, reactions, and email subscriptions. Widgets can bring the roadmap and announcements into an existing site or app.
Send Frill ideas to Jira
Frill’s documented Jira Cloud integration creates an issue from an idea in a configured project. The issue carries the idea’s title, description, and a link back to Frill.
The documentation does not establish automatic Jira-to-Frill status sync. If progress should update customers, check how your team will manage the idea status in Frill after the Jira issue changes.
Pricing
Frill offers a 14-day free trial rather than a permanent free plan. Its paid plans use a flat workspace price and list unlimited teammates, tracked users, and widgets.
The Startup plan begins at $25 per month with up to 50 active ideas and one survey. Check higher plans or add-ons if you need more ideas, surveys, or privacy controls.
| Plan | Starting price | Active ideas |
|---|---|---|
| Startup | $25/month | 50 |
| Business | $49/month | Unlimited |

Who is Frill a good fit for?
Frill suits teams that want a simple feedback portal, voting, a public roadmap, and announcements without a broader product-management workspace.
For teams using Jira, the key question is whether creating a linked issue is enough, or whether status and customer communication need a closer connection to Jira work.
