Gather feedback from customers and teams
ProdPad collects feedback through branded portals, widgets, email, browser capture, and connected support or CRM tools. Teams can tag and filter submissions, link them to ideas, and keep the customer evidence attached to planning.
CoPilot PM can link related feedback to ideas, while Signals highlights recurring themes. Those features help when feedback arrives across several channels rather than one public board.
Connect evidence to product ideas
ProdPad’s Ideas workflow links requests and customer context to ideas, objectives, and product strategy. Teams can score ideas by impact and compare them before deciding what belongs on a roadmap.
Reviewers can contribute their own feedback and comment without a paid editor seat, which can help sales, support, and other teams add context.
Plan with now, next, and later roadmaps
ProdPad’s core roadmap groups initiatives into now, next, and later rather than asking teams to promise a date for every item. Teams can publish tailored views for different audiences and use portfolio roadmaps on advanced packaging.
Customised views can include dates, but the main planning method remains outcome-led. Choose the view that communicates intent without turning every early idea into a delivery commitment.
Connect ProdPad planning to Jira
ProdPad’s Jira Cloud full sync connects initiatives, ideas, and user stories to Jira work items. Configured workflow stages and statuses can stay aligned as delivery progresses.
That connection is part of Ideas Advanced. Customer feedback remains attached to ProdPad ideas; the current research does not establish a full feedback panel on the Jira issue itself.
Pricing
ProdPad uses modular packaging. Teams choose Roadmaps, Ideas, and Feedback, then pay for editor seats; reviewers can participate for free. It offers a trial rather than a permanent free plan.
ProdPad does not publish one simple starting price for every package. Build a quote around the modules and editor seats you need, especially if Jira full sync is important.
Who is ProdPad a good fit for?
ProdPad suits teams that want a dedicated product-planning workspace where feedback informs ideas, strategy, and now–next–later roadmaps.
If your team already plans in Jira or Jira Product Discovery, decide whether that extra planning layer adds enough value to justify maintaining it.
