Find all work items assigned to you in Jira
You do not need to open spaces one by one to find your work. Jira's built-in My open work items filter shows every open work item assigned to you that you can access.
Company and team-managed spaces
This is a site-wide filter, not a space-specific feature. It works for accessible work items in company and team-managed spaces.

Open your work list
Select Filters → My open work items. It returns your accessible open work across spaces as a list.
Good to know
A personal work item list is only as useful as its scope:
- My open work items is a list, not a board. It is ideal for finding work quickly. For a cross-space planning view, create a Personal My work board.
- You only see work you can browse. Missing spaces in the result usually indicate permissions, not a problem with the filter.
Turn your queue into a working view
Bring the work you own into one clear board so it is easier to prioritise and move forward.
