Why am I billed for all Jira users?
Atlassian Marketplace apps are licensed for the active users on your Jira Cloud site. This lets everyone in your organization view roadmaps, release notes, and feedback without separate viewer seats.
What is an AI token?
Tokens are pieces of words used when Hub generates content. One token is roughly four characters in English.
What if I require more AI tokens?
Most teams stay within the included limits. If you need more, contact support to discuss a higher allowance.
Will my data be used to train AI models?
No. Hub uses OpenAI APIs, which do not train models on data submitted through the API.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Is Hub available for Jira Data Center?
Hub is currently available for Atlassian Cloud only.
